SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

1. Shipping Information

Processing Time
  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends/Hong Kong public holidays).

  • Delivery times vary by destination (see estimates below).

Shipping Destinations & Costs
  • I ship worldwide from Hong Kong.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight/size.

Estimated Delivery Times
  • Hong Kong Local: 2–5 business days

  • Asia: 5–10 business days

  • North America / Europe: 10–20 business days

  • Other Regions: 14–30 business days

Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

2. Customs & Import Fees

  • Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country.

  • I cannot predict these charges—check with your local customs office before ordering.

  • Refusing to pay fees may result in returned packages; refunds will exclude original shipping costs.

 

3. Tracking & Delivery Issues

  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

  • If tracking hasn’t updated within 5 business days, contact me at michlepm100@gmail.com.

  • Missed deliveries? Contact your local postal service using the tracking number to reschedule.

Lost Packages
  • Report missing orders within 30 days of shipment. I’ll assist with carrier investigations but cannot guarantee replacements/refunds for lost deliveries.

 

4. Returns & Refunds

Eligibility
  • Unwanted items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Buyer covers return shipping unless the item is faulty/damaged.

How to Return
  1. Email michlepm100@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Ship items to my Hong Kong address (provided upon approval).

  3. Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return.

Non-Returnable Items
  • Digital downloads.

  • Custom or personalized artwork.

  • Items damaged due to misuse.

 

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • Contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • I’ll cover return shipping for replacements/refunds.

 

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Cancellations: Request within 24 hours of purchase (before shipping).

  • Address changes: Not guaranteed after checkout—double-check your details!

 

7. Product Notes

  • Artwork Colors: Slight variations may occur due to screen settings or printing processes.

  • Pre-orders: Estimated shipping dates will be listed on the product page.
